I get that couples therapy can feel incredibly awkward, especially if you’re not big on sharing. My goal is to make this process feel approachable and meaningful for both of you — no matter where you’re starting from.
Using practical, evidence-based tools from the Gottman Method, I help couples communicate more clearly, move through conflict with less reactivity, and strengthen emotional connection.
I offer in-person sessions in Santa Barbara and virtual sessions throughout California.
