Let’s Meet

California licensed therapist who uses strategies from Gottman Method and DBT

Hi there! I’m Emily Fiedtkou, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #151943). I’m passionate about relationships and helping people get on the same page, feel more aligned, and create a partnership that feels supportive instead of stuck. I believe relationships thrive when there’s space for both individuality and togetherness, sparks and emotional safety.

My style is easygoing but purposeful. Therapy with me isn’t a one-size-fits-all purpose- it’s direct, collaborative, and tailored to what matters most to you. We’ll cut through the generic advice and get to the heart of what’s happening so you can feel more confident, connected and at ease in your relationship.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me experimenting with recipes from The New York Times, exploring the outdoors with my husband and our mini Bernedoodles, or getting in some practice on the tennis court.
